Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1/4 tsp of mix in 8oz (or 1 tsp per 32oz water bottle) of pure/filtered water and consume throughout the day when thirsty or hungry. Replace all beverages with electrolyte mix to maintain optimum health and energy.
